What happens to my client data when I switch to ClinicLAUNCH AI?
Your client data comes with you — we handle the migration as part of your done-for-you setup. Whether your records are currently in Phorest, Fresha, a spreadsheet, or another system entirely, our team transfers your client history, contact details, and treatment records before you go live.
You won't be starting from scratch and you won't lose a single record you've spent years building. The database is yours — it comes with you.
I'm currently on Phorest — is it difficult to leave?
Based on the experience of clinic owners we've worked with who have left Phorest, retrieving your own client data when cancelling your subscription can come with unexpected charges — something Phorest don't advertise upfront. We handle this process for you as part of your done-for-you setup.
Our team manages the full data transfer, bringing across your client records, contact details, and appointment history before you go live on ClinicLAUNCH AI. Is Fresha really free — why would I pay for something when Fresha costs me nothing?
Fresha is no longer free. It now charges monthly subscription fees per team member, a 20% commission on every new client booked through the Fresha marketplace (minimum $6 per client), and payment processing fees of 2.19% plus $0.20 on every card transaction.
Those costs add up fast as your clinic grows — and they scale with your revenue, not against it. But the bigger difference is what each platform actually does. Fresha is a booking calendar. ClinicLAUNCH AI is a full clinic operating system with AI, marketing tools, client management, payments, consent forms, and gift cards all built in. Will I have to pay for two systems at the same time while switching over?

Will my clinic have any downtime or disruption to bookings while switching?

ClinicLAUNCH AI starts at $200/month with a one-time $750 setup fee — and includes unlimited users at every plan level.
There are three plans:
- ClinicLAUNCH Starter ($750 setup + $200/month),
- ClinicLAUNCH AI ($800 setup + $499/month),
- ClinicLAUNCH AI Enterprise ($1,499+ setup + custom monthly, which includes a bespoke branded clinic app).
Every plan is priced flat — your monthly fee never increases because you add staff or grow your bookings. Most clinics on the AI plan find it replaces over $860/month of tools they were already paying for separately.
Are there any hidden fees — per booking, per user, or per transaction?
There are no per-booking fees and no per-user charges on any ClinicLAUNCH AI plan.
Unlike Fresha, which charges a monthly fee per team member plus additional fees on marketplace bookings, or booking systems that take a percentage of every transaction, ClinicLAUNCH AI charges one flat monthly fee regardless of how many staff you have or how many bookings come through.
Payment processing is available at 0.99% per transaction — one of the lowest rates in the industry — and that's the only usage-based cost on the platform.
What does the setup fee include?
The setup fee covers the full done-for-you buildout of your ClinicLAUNCH AI platform — configured specifically to your clinic, your treatments, your pricing, and your brand.
This includes building your AI receptionist, setting up your booking system and client communication flows, migrating your existing client data, connecting your website, and training your team to use the platform. You don't set anything up yourself. By the end of your 30-day implementation, everything is live, tested, and running. You show up and use it.
Is there a long-term contract? Can I cancel?
ClinicLAUNCH AI is a monthly subscription with no long-term contract required. You are not locked in. We ask for a short minimum commitment period to protect the integrity of your setup — it takes 30 days to build your platform properly and see it in action — but beyond that, you are free to cancel at any time. We keep clients because the platform delivers results, not because we trap them in a contract.
